Terms of Service
Payment
✦ Payment is done through Ko-Fi or Paypal (Currency: Euro)
✦ 50% should be paid upfront before I start the commission
✦ Refunds will only be issued if I for some reason can’t complete the commission as agreed upon beforehand
Use and Copyright
✦ Any commissioned artwork is for non-commercial use only
✦ I have the rights over the commissioned artwork to use it in my portfolio and post it on social media
✦ The client cannot claim the artwork as their own
✦ The commissioned artwork is not allowed to be used in any NFT, Crypto or AI-related content
✦ If the commissioned artwork is posted/used as a profile picture, credit is highly appreciated
Important to Note
✦ I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason
✦ Full resolution PNG of the finished artwork will be sent through email if the client requests
✦Rough thumbnail sketches are always included in the beginning for clear communication between client and artist
✦ Two sketch revisions per stage can be provided, any further revisions will increase the price
✦Tips are appreciated but not required <3
